Default KQs 3-handed - call this raise?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (3 handed) converter

SB (t1860)
Hero (t3520)
Button (t8120)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Button calls t200, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to t800</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to t8120</font>, SB calls t1035 (All-In).

SB is LAG-Donk. Button is Loose passive - hasn't gotten out of line at all.

Looks fine to me. With two people already showing some strength I'm not getting involved.

I fold this hand because the range of hands that he could have made this move with ie, any pair, AA-A2 you are behind some obvious more than others.

If button is Loose/Passive and SB is a LAG, then I fold this hand in a heartbeat.

I would expect Button to call the raise from SB and that SB probably has a marginal hand that you are ahead of, but even if you are ahead of SB you have to worry about Button. This isn't a situation I want to be trying to outdraw two opponents with KQs.

My thoughts here if it were me is let Button take out SB, then play the Loose/Passive for 1st.

Given your read, I think laying this down is a major mistake.

Button could have literally any 2, and so could SB. KQs is a huge favorite over any 2. There's 1.2k in the pot, and I definitely at least call this raise because of position, but I think reraising a pot-committing amount is good here.

If SB is lag donk, why didn't you push to his 800 raise? Because of button's pf limp? But he's passive, you expect him to limp.

I would push when it's 800 to me. Calling has merits too (eh, perhaps..). If you call and button pushes, then I fold.
