Default Value of learning Vs Winning

Hi i usually post in the stt but i have a question if u got a bank roll for house games of about 1k for 20 dollar games but u feel that out of 30 regulars 10 are worse 15 are equal and 5 are better how much money is it worth losing to getting better. The ones better seem significantly better, considering im relatively used to winning this will probably be a new experience were i will be winning relativley little or even losing at what point is it not worth losing any more considering after 1 year the bank roll is again replenishable, i probably didnt give enough info but oh well oh ya and the game is at ucla. lol thnx sorry for crappy post

Depends how much you're losing, and how much you're learning.

If you learning enough that it will compensate for the money you're losing now, well clearly it's worth it..

But if you're knowingly taking the worst of it and not getting anything out of it in the longterm, it's time to find a better game.
