I was at a home game where everyone knew everyone well and this one insane old guy was ranting hard until his circulatory system was showing. He said he was going to go into the bathroom and shoot himself. We all knew he packed. He went to the bathroom. He fired off his gun. Nobody at the table got up. A few minutes later he came out. Man was he mad now.

If this statement sounds reasonable to you, think about what it would sound like if it were said by a librarian instead of a poker player.

SoBeDude, I’m glad you’re okay, outside and in. Your follow-up posts don’t sound vengeful and that’s a beautiful thing. It’s your life to love.

Tommy, is there any chance of you publishing these poker-adventure stories which you veterans heard/experienced?

If he had stood up and punched me, I'd have hit him back and that'd been the end of it. But since he choose to pick up an object and smash me in the head, clearly with the intent to do serious harm, I'm going after him hard.

Couldn't agree more. pwn his ass.

That was a great story. Was the beer full? What kind of beer was it? I can't believe he would waste a perfectly good beer. I hope to bgod it wasn't Sierra Nevada.

What is really funny is how small the poker world still is. People playing in the Rio during the WSOP heard about it. heh.
