Default Your favorite gym workout?

Just bought membership at a nearby gym for 1 year and man am I rusty. I could use some good execises, which is your favorite excersice?

...Its a freeweight(correct term?) gym..no fancy snot machines.

Keep your feet flat on the pedals or lift up on the balls of your feet like you're stepping?

Me too. I really prefer a stairmaster. The motion of these things is never right for my stride.

the rowing machine is fun, although i remember reading in a previous thread that if you use the rowing machine you are gay so....THE BENCH PRESS, YEAH BENCH PRESS
