HU ICM %chips = %win as said before.

It doesn't take position into account.

I think taking this into account, and ICM, you would have slightly more than 65% chance of winning if you started in the SB and slightly less if you start in BB.

This is just an approximation though. I'm sure Eastbay could answer this a lot better than I can, but I would bet that if you gave each player exactly the same strategy A, you would find a different equity distribution than if you gave both of them a different strategy B (each case they have the same strategy, hence equal skill).
