Hows my reraise all in with 33?

stacks: 3 at 3k, 3 at 1.5k roughly; me and button both have 3k.

blinds 50/100

before this hand, i was playing super aggro and winning pots, but everytime i showed my hand (like 2 times), it was QQ+

33 in MP, raise 3xBB, button minraises, rest fold, back to me, I think he is testing to see if I will back down, so I go all in.

good play?

More specific reads are nice here. Sometimes, you've got to go with your gut, but I can't see him reraising any 2 to make you fold, especially with a somewhat fishy minraise...

I really want to know what kind of hands he's showing here, but, god, it would be awful to get called here.
