dual monitor whats wrong?

got a 2nd video card a nvidia GeForce mx 4000, 2 2001 fp monitors, ran the line to the video card but my computer isnt recognizing it, whats wrong?

Might be a conflict. Try taking the video card out and throw it into another PCI slot.
