Default chances of AA, KK and QQ

I should be able to figure this out, but what are the chances of AA, KK and QQ all being dealt in the same 9 handed table at Hold em (obviously).

This just happened to me while at a final table at Poker Stars.
Fortunately I got out with my KK before losing all my chips (only lost half). a Q did come on the flop, but he was allin.
But still seems amazing to have all three dealt.

Thanks

SD
