Default Old HD New Comp

I just built a new computer and I put my old hard drive in it along with a new one. It won't let me open my personal folder in my Documents and Settings. It is saying access denied. It's probably because I had it set that no other user could open it. Is there anyway to get into it? Also I can't seem to find all the music files I ripped from CDs for my iPod. Any idea where they could have went?

If you still have your operating system on your old HDD just go into the boot menu during startup and have the system boot to your new (old HDD) slave drive. You will then be able to access your folder in the same manner as before.

There are other ways but this is the easiest.
