Default Help with FFB trade...

I've been offered this trade:
i give up Joe Horn and Drew Brees
i get Hines Ward

my team
QB: Brees, Eli Manning, Aaron Brooks(just this week)
WR: Horn, Larry Fitzgerald, Jimmy Smith, Derrick Mason

heres the problem, I'm worried Eli could drop like a fly at any second, and the only free agent QBs are Griese, Alex Smith, Rattay, Frerotte, and Brunell

The team I'm trading with has trent green and leftwich, I think its a done deal if he'll throw in either of these, but i dont know if he will.

Thoughts?

As it's drawn up, I wouldn't do this. I don't think Hines Ward is going to produce any more than Joe Horn. IMO, you're giving up a QB and getting an equal or even inferior WR.

Whoever offered you this thinks you're dumb. Tell him to go [censored] himself.

He probably has a good read on him. I mean, at the very least he was unsure so he came on here to ask us.

Horn > Ward

FF wise this is very true. Horn plays a big passing offense and Ward plays run first. This trade is horrid.

do yourself a favor and don't make any trades this year if this offer is any indication.

Hines Ward is a bit hurt. Expect A. Randel El to get many catches also vs San Diego.

H. Ward > J. Horn. Faster, better hands, and the offense has a better QB sending the ball. Plus Donte Stallworth on New Orleans is appearing to be just as good as Joe Horn.

Drew Brees is still one of the better fantasy QB's. He keeps passing to A. Gates, K.McCardell, and L.Tomlinson. That is not a fair trade at all, don't do it. Brees has higher value.

A fair deal would be a two for two deal. Each owner gets the better player and the 2nd player is consolidation for the other.
