Default Trying to remove a leak

I have a healthy winrate at 0.50/1, but my "Went to SD" percentage is way too high (> 40%), and this is mostly because I tend to go too far when I am probably beat with few outs to save me (although I only do this when the pot is big). I have decided to fold a bit more in these situations, since I suspect I have a leak here.

Here is one such hand played 5 minutes ago (2 orbits played, no reads):

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds, Hero calls, MP3 calls, CO calls, Button calls, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (7 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (7 players)
SB bets, BB folds, UTG+1 calls, Hero raises, MP3 calls, CO calls, Button folds, SB calls, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: (8.50 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, UTG+1 bets, Hero ?

I am very probably up against a flush and if I'm not, another diamond, an ace or a queen can still come to beat me. If the bettor if bluffing or drawing, one of the other callers might have a flush. I don't have a good position, I have few outs (the king of diamonds is probably not good) and I think this is a spot where I can save a bet or two.

Would you have continued here?

considering you have two villians left to act behind you, and they both called your flop raise cold, i dont think a folding here would be bad.

I call down. If it's raised behind me then I'll fold.

I also throw KJo away from MP.
