Default River bluff/value raise

The whole table was tight, noone over 30VP$IP so far, we had 4 hands in a row folded around when I first sat down. BB looks like he's defending his BB quite a bit, though. He's 26/11/2.2 with 20% wtsd over 70 hands. FWIW I wasn't intending it to be a value raise, but I thought the chance I had the best hand and the chance of getting a better hand to fold might be profitable.

Can't he play a small pair this style?
Pot is small, I think you're investing way too much.

Yeah, I think he has a pair or better on this turn. No way he's folding the river with a hand that beats you. I'm folding to that turn c/r, but if you think he's capable of bluffing, then just call it down on the river.

Crypto doesn't show you mucked hands, but he called the raise and MHWG. Wasn't really intending it to be a value raise, but there's obviously no value in the raise over teh long haul.

I figured I usually had 10 outs on the turn, sometimes 4, ocassionaly drawing dead and occasionaly having the best hand, although it'd be tough to call a river bet. I didn't bother looking at the effective outs since it takes me too long, but I thought it was sort of close.
