Default screen capture

Assuming you have a PC, press ALT+PrintScreen when the PT window is active.

Then you can paste the image into Paint or something else, save as JPG, upload to an image hosting site and link it.

Just a few thoughts:

Won$@SD is a little low, you want this to be around 70.
Agression is a little low, you need to be pushing more.

Overall I would expect that the 11 BB/100 will come down unless you can get your W$SD up.

Why don't you raise preflop? This is pot limit so it really matters, IMO.. If it was no limit, it wouldm't be as important.. Let's assume 4 players see a non raised pot so it is $1 on the flop.. let's also assume that you hit the flop and will bet pot size every street and that one of the opponents will call you down the whole way.. Since this is PL the pot size will grow like this: flop $1, turn $3 and river $9.
Had you even minraised preflop, the pot size would be flop $2, turn $6 and river $18.

Since you only play premium hands and then when you make your hand, I would prefer taking down a pot of double the size compared to the one which was not raised at all preflop.
