Default Golden Riviera bonus?

BW says they ask for documentation I guess when you cashout. Can anyone tell me what their experience was here? Is there a way to avoid the whole documentation thing, that crap drives me nuts. Merry Christmas 2+2'ers.

I signed up with them. Played the required hands (644) at the required limits (.50 - 1.00). I emailed them about the bonus and was told that the bonus would automatically be credited when the requirements were met. I didn't make an issue about it and withdrew my money with no bonus. I didn't have to give them any documentation when I got my money out.

They do ask for your passport number when signing up with them. Which is strange.

That was my experience.

Cheers

i didn't have to provide any additional documentation on cashout, but i did have to call them to get the bonus credited (after sending three emails), so maybe that's why. it took three or four days to hit neteller.

Yep. I withdrew without the bonus. I didn't feel like hassling them for it. Buyer beware I guess. Good luck

I always got my bonus at GoldenRiviera within a few hours. And I played for 30+ bonuses there this year.
It could be a problem with their email-adress. The one from Phil doesn't always work. I always sent my mails to
SupportGRP@goldenrivieralounge.com and help@vegaspartnerlounge.com as well.

I received my deposit plus bonus, no hassles. Deposited cleared and cashed out same day, took about 2 days to hit neteller.
