Default Blind Defence Question

Hi, this is my first post in a while.
I am a regular 20/40 - 30/60 sh player.
I defend my blinds loosely but I am unsure about the following:
Say an average late position player raises (C/o or button) and it's folded to me, I fold Ace Low sometimes (esp if it was a c/o raise) vs defending with 8To or 67o almost all the time.
My question is are hands like 8T or 67 better for blind defence than Ace Low?

Against the average stealer I also dump a low ace and defend with T8o (but not 76o). Against someone who steals 50% of the time I think the low ace has a lot more value and should be defended with.
