Default 2-5 NL Home Game Way ahead/behind/soso

6 handed 2-5 NL

effective stacks are ~500

my image is one of someone who is probably not in their right mind, i've preety much raised every single hand folded to me preflop for an hour and have the whole table talking aloud about my raising. villian is a gamboooler at heart who tries to win but can't for various reasons, he's to my direct left and raising me alot on the flop with very little, i already called him down with 55 on a T94 flop i led out on

folded to me in the CO and i make obligatory raise to 15 with AcKc, villian calls both blinds fold

Flop
As 9d 8c

I bet 30
Villian raises to 80
I call (villian has 420) left

Turn 5s
I check
villian bets 100
I...

i just called on the flop because my own personal read was a bare ace, i did'nt think my opponent was good enough to fire a raise here with a set or top 2 pair, a funky 2 pair may be possible

If you think he has bare ace, then check-raising all-in should be your play on the turn. It sounds like he's fishy enough to pay you off with just top pair.

This seems like a pretty clear cr all in.

I poosh he goes "what you said all in! i call!" and shows 67o for the nuts

so the turn play was correct but what about my flop play, should i have come back over the top?

Next time have the right read, come here tell us you thought he had the nuts, and we would have told you to fold. This is all very subjective
