Villian had QQ and given that i thought i got max value, my read on villian here is a very strict AK KK AA QQ maybe JJ and AQ but only about 5% of the time overall, so on this flop he likes it every time except when he has QQ and the other unexpecteds
given that, why not see if i can get him on the turn |

I'd bet pot on flop
Usually in this case he has AA, sometimes but rarely AK, and sometimes QQ. You aren't getting much value out of QQ anyway, and u want to maximize the value u get out of the other 2 hands. If you bet pot on the flop, u might get reraised allin by AA before some other card kills your action. If the 2nd king does come on the turn, check behind and then bet the river for the amount you think he will call. Also some very tough players will be able to fold their AA to a checkraise, but they would probably think you have AK if u bet out. |
