Bleh. I don't like your raise one bit. Pushing and folding are both better plays. Just go all in and forget about the rest of the hand.

Are you asking if you should call after the UTG raise, or about the UTG raise? If you're asking if you should call, isn't that the REASON you raised to 800? To essentially put the 1890 stack all-in without having to call when the 3590 comes over the top?

3.5-1 aint bad...add in implied odds and you're good

Pooh's new definition of implied odds:

Not just future potential in the hand, but also the warm glow you get when you knock out two players at once and go into HU with a huge stack. The nice feeling afterward which puts you in such a good mood that you decide to go for a walk and talk to the old guy down the street who in turn, now also in a good mood, gives a dollar to the homeless guy in front of the Bodega who goes inside and buys a lotto scratch off, wins 1.2mm, gets a house and a car, and 2 months later runs over your puppy.......

nevermind, fold.

You would not fold if the other big stack had pushed? 'Cause that's the only thing I said about folding preflop

With the call of the bet, and then an allin reraise behind you from a big stack... I think putting half your stack in jeopardy here is a mistake. Fold. At least that is what I would do.
