Default NBA 3/29

Sorry, it's been so long and I don't have the patience to scroll back to find my posted record. If I recall correctly, I was about 10 games over .500, through about 150 picks. Meh, especially after my hot start.

So perhaps we can turn things around with the following:

1. Cleveland -3 (Clippers)

Looking back, you'll see that Cleveland is 9-5 at home over last 14, but the losses have included Miami, Seattle, and San Antonio. Clippers are 1-12 on the road, and the one win was "at" the Lakers. While those losses have generally been close, I like Cleveland to cover the 3 here, picking up momentum off last night's big come back against a feisty New Orleans team. Possible loss of Jaric for this game doesn't help the Clippers. And like Ilgauskus against whatever Clips throw in the middle (Kaman?). Cleveland covers ... although it may be closer than I'd like.

2. Knicks/Lakers over 201 1/2

Two teams that have quit on the season and have players that look to chuck with 23 left on the 24. I think we'll see a lot of shots and no defense. Simple. I hope.

I think Cleveland should beat the Clippers pretty handily.

Good call. PS, if you know of a book that takes bets after games are complete, PM me.
