Most of the people left in the city were black, because most of the people in poverty in that city were black and they didn't have the money or knowledge to leave. So when you see all the black people stealing things that because there is such a huge ratio in favor of blacks that are stranded in New Orleans. I'm not saying stealing is right, but I think this is getting a little to racist.
