Default TPTK checkraised flop

I had been pretty LAG and making a lot of continuation bets. Should I 3-bet the flop?

Villain has check-raised a 1/2-pot flop bet from another player and that guy folded. Against me he called flop after a continuation bet, turn went check-check, he bet river and I folded. This is just the beginning of the session.

I have 1300 he covers.

I open for 40$ UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] all fold to BB who calls

$85 flop of J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] He checks I bet 60 he checkraises to 160 and I flat call(?!?!)

~400$ turn is 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] He bets 230 and I click the wrong button and call

800$ river is szome blank he bets a lot and I fold
