Trapped Empire money (low amount, low content)

I have 45$ in an Empire acct that is no longer active and no way to get it out of the acct. I signed up a friend for rakeback, and he tired of playing after a month or so. 45$ is well below the transfer threshold, and I can't play it up to a transferable amount because they always make you leave the last 50$. Friend has no verified cashout method either. Anyone with a creative HU challenge or simply wanting a buck or two and willing to do the Empire->Empire and then cash trasnfer on Stars bit let me know.
