It's a nice design, although not my first choice.

And then there is that left single quotation mark where there should be an apostrophe again.

I love this design.

You have my vote.
The fonts may need a little tweaking, but it's still great.

Also, maybe it's just me, but I think "Nuts & Bolts" should be associated with something rather than just hanging out there by itself. Maybe something like, "The Nuts & Bolts of Texas Hold'em."

*EDIT*
Also, maybe you could find a way to work in the revolver. But this is more of a thought than a suggestion.

How about replacing it with "Hold'em Basics", "Foundations for Hold'em", or "Hold'em Fundamentals"?

Make it the "definitive" guide not just "the guide for learning the fundamental..."
