The river is an easy 3bet IMO.

Fold to the flop 3bet.
Don't c/r flop

The flop C-R is a good line against a blind steal. But here... Just call down. 99 wins AK a lot of times. Why back up on the river?

I also cap this preflop sometimes. Not very sure though

What's hero's plan on flop? Bet/call then call down? I'd say villian will raise hero 85% of the time, call 10% and fold 5%.
