Cache creek NL

I posted this in Small Stakes NL but am not sure if it more appropriately fits here. Could someone spare some advice?

I'm not really a NL ring game player, but thought I'd try my hand at it when I visit cache creek this weekend. I'm curious to hear what blind structure is typical, what's reasonable, and what's simply highway robbery? I really don't know much about NL ring games and would really appreciate any general knowledge/feedback.
