Self checking
I've decided to try reviewing after every thousand hands and see how frequently I make correctable mistakes and if they seem to fall into distinct catagories.
Shortly into this adventure I noticed that I really didn't have a way of catagorizing errors. Does anybody have a system for doing this? I could be more specific but I tend to find people around here are quite creative so I'd like to leave it vague and see what comes back. thanks in advance |

Re: Self checking
I don't understand how categorizing errors would help you fix them faster. If I see that I screwed up in some way, I try not to do it again.

But let's say through 1000 hands I notice that I chase too often with over cards. So I make it a point to not do this and read about playing with overcards. It would be nice to see an improvement in my next 1000 hands. And if I had catagorized my mistakes, I could see if another catagory increased during the next 1000 hands....like I fold top pair too often when porn finishes downloading. |
