Default 5/10 JJ on Q high flop 3-bet flop or call?

I'm new to the table, so unfortunately I have no idea hoow and what to expect.

Is this hand as played standard or is a 3-bet on the flop better so I can check behind on the turn and save 1/2bet on the turn?

If I've said it once I've said it a thousand times:

Raising on the flop in order to check behind on the turn with a vulnerable hand that has no outs to improve is rarely correct in limit hold'em.

If you're looking to get a cheaper showdown, consider three-betting the flop, betting the turn, and then checking behind the river (folding the turn if capped on the flop or check-raised on the turn).

I don't see tons of advantage to that though. You might get capped by a draw or something. You might discourage a T from betting further. Sometimes when behind villain will check the river and give you a cheaper showdown anyway.

So I think your line is fine.

In fact, I think the bigger question is whether you can actually find a fold somewhere. You should at least see the turn considering the pot size and your backdoor draws. As for whether to go to showdown from there it's very read-dependent.
