I apologize if these are old or easy questions. How do you know when you've used up your bonus at a particular level? Also, do you get your bonus as you clear it or only once a month? Thanks for the help guys.

Once you've reached the maximum point count at the level you're playing, the BRP counter stops increasing the points total and will continue when you move to a different limit where there are available points to clear.

You can also work it out manually if you wish. If you're clearing the bonus one limit at a time, calculation can be based on the amount of bonus credits earned.

300 BRP's yields a $20 bonus.

At 0.25/0.50 level you get a max of 300 points
At 0.50/0.1 level you get a max of 400 points
At 1/2 level you get a max of 800 points
At 2/4 level and above points are unlimited (up to the max bonus value)

Generally it arrives within 48 hours, provided that no withdrawal thresholds have been reached.
