Folds. UTG likely has AA and missed a chance to limp-reraise preflop. By betting this much, he obviously wants to take the pot here since he has no idea where he stands...

i probably fold, but it really depends on what you take his overbet to mean, so really player dependant.
also, with these stack sizes in relation to pot i might lead into him. |

Goes all-in becasue if Villain has an overpair and takes a bunch of Hero's stack, Hero will be in the red zone and will thus not have to make any more tough decisions?
But seriously, this is a tricky spot. Reads would probably help determine whether I'd raise or fold here, as calling sucks (more than half the deck poses some sort of threat). |
