Default Online \"Old School\' Gaming?

Here's what I want to do:

Play old school games, like Sega NHL 94 and RBI Baseball, against other players online. I suppose this would be done via my PC.

Is this possible?

The 'easy' solution would be for EA (via PS2)or Xbox to set up online gaming sites for these games, but these don't exist yet (I believe).

Does anything like this exist now, via PC?

ok, I found this site, which just might be the thing I'm looking for.

it seems like it is run by some Finnish 94 enthusiasts. this could probably be my new addiction.
