Here's another twist to this saga:

Been playing at the casino for a couple of days...and have not been doing so well, in fact I busted out a couple of hours ago.

I went to the cashier to reload, and found out my account balance is locked!!!!!!

I couldn't deposit through Neteller...anyone else had this happen to them lately?

Thanks

I didn't get an e-mail, though money was restored to Total Bet, but not UK Betting.

On another note, took 6th in the Gaming club $5000 free roll for $250 despite not being a tournament player. And I fired an 8 under 63 today.....damn good day all around

After seeing this thread I checked my UKBetting account and sure enough, they took 25 pounds from my account on August 2. I've just emailed them asking them to return it. Let's see what happens.

With all this going on, has anyone had any problem getting August's poker room bonus on an account that had the 25 pounds taken away earlier this month?

Default UKBetting paid up today

Hopefully I'm not the only one they paid today.

UK paid me on the 12th and Total paid me on the 15th. Went ahead and whored UK over the weekend, no problems. The whole thing was obviously a pain, but I think an honest mistake.

I also received my funds back, but the transaction code started with TRM (which apparently means merchant transfer). Did you guys also get this code?
