dissapearing hand history

This happened to me two seperate times last night while playing on eurobet. The hand history from one of the 3 tables I was playing was not showing up on my hard drive. When I asked them to send me the hand history, I clicked the link they suppplied in my e-messages and I got the message "hand history not avaliable". Has anyone ever had a similar problem? I'm try to import all my hand histories into PT and now I'm missing a fair amount of them. Don't know if this belongs here or in computer support, feel free to move it mods.

I had the same problem yesterday. I haven't been on Eurobet long so I don't know if its a recurring issue but it was annoying to not get the missing HHs (it was only 3 hands but I won the pot in 2 of them [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] )

Been happening to me all week. No reply from CS yet either.
I'm missing 23 hands I think, not many in the whole picture, but enough to piss me off.
