Default rivered?

villain is 53/20 through 60 hands. We've tangled once, where he had AA OOP vs my QQ and c/r'ed the turn after I capped the flop. What is the best line here?

Its hard to see him calling with a lot of the hands that you beat.

bet/fold, I think you're ahead more than 50% of the time you're called. Jacks and tens seem like likely suspects. Yea he might have came alive earlier with a jack, but you did 3bet preflop...if he had an ace he might bet the river anyhow. It wouldn't be unheard of to be called by 99/88 here as well.
