stat adjustments

i was wondering if any of you guys make adjustments in your pt or acehud to treat short handed 6 max games (2-4 players) diffrently then the 5,6 players. A lot of the time when i play 6 max it ends up 3 handed and i am thinking that this may lead to missleading stats (high vpip etc). I am sorry if this is repetitive , but any help would be appreciated.
