TT capped 5 ways preflop, 1 over flop play

SB: 89/42/1.9 complete maniac
UTG: 38.5/16.5/1 seems like a decent player, coldcalls a bit too much, have seen him get out of line a few times.
MP: 14.3/11.9/1.75 weak tighty
Button: 21.9/12.9/2 Good player

Should I bet this flop? I didn't because I wanted to see the action and would have most likely folded if it was 2-3 back to me. No way to protect I didnt figure anyway.

After the flop the hand is pretty boring and standard.

looks pretty good

I would seriously consider capping preflop myself. getting UTG or MP to fold preflop would be pretty nice.

Yeah cap preflop.
If SB wasn't a total maniac I would check behind the river.

The rest of the hand I like.

I was wrestling with a preflop like this earlier today. I really like a preflop cap here. Obviously, it's a very strong move. It also forces a much tougher preflop decision on a couple of guys and could fold out some of the AJ/AQ type hands they may have started with.

I think postflop is perfect. Given your read on sb, would you have called a cr on the river?
