1 Limper in MP, I raise to 5$ on hijack, CO calls, BB calls, limper folds Pot(16.50) Flop: As 5d 2c BB checks I lead for 10 (standard on rainbow board) CO folds, BB calls Pot(36.50) Turn: 10d BB checks I check behind Pot(36.50) River:4c (Board 2c 5d As 10d 4c) He bets 15 I call This is pretty standard, correct?

I can't see how you can fold the river, but I can't see how you won either.
If he has Ax. Then x is beating you 7 times, tied 1 time, and losing 5 times. If you don't have the ace of clubs, it is even more likely that you are beat if he backed into a flush.
