$100 NL AA Line Check
NL $100, second orbit, so no reads. I have $100, Villain has that covered.
I pick up AA from Ep and make it 4$, Villain is only caller. Flop comes J-J-6r (8$) Check, check Turn comes Kh, putting two hearts out there I bet $6, he calls River comes a blank ($20) Hero bets $15, Villain pauses forever before making it $39, Hero folds. Standard?

Sorry, flop was J-J-6, not J-6-6. Edited.
As to why I checked the flop: A free card usually won't hurt me. If he has AJ, he just smooth calls twice and I have a hard time getting away from it on the river because the pot is so inflated. Checking the flop helps me see a showdown more cheaply.
