Neteller question

My wife just set up a Neteller account. I want to give her some money to put in it. Her account has already been verified with her bank.

However, if I want to give her some money right away before waiting for all the various cash outs and cash ins, can I transfer her money even though she hasn't made a deposit to her account yet?

you have to call them and tell them to "open" her account to all the capabilities.

Don't transfer money to her from the same PC at home or your account will be blocked. You can do it from a different PC.
