"Union Square" the movie

Has anyone by chance seen this movie? I've got until Monday to view it and write a one page paper. I beleive that's ample time unfortunately I don't think I can get my hands on a copy of it.

If anyone has it, I'd like to buy it off of you or request a brief summary.
