Preflop question
assume all avg 30/60 players. say 23/12/1.4
hijack raises, co and button call. you have A9o in BB. call or fold. its it borderline? |

Re: Preflop question
I fold that as quickly as possible. However, maybe this is a spot where I'm missing out (i.e. 7.5 to 1 odds to call)? Just seems the threat of domination is too strong here.

Re: Preflop question
No real opinion on this one, but isn't it possible for one to go their whole life and not have this situation come up?

For a live player or parttime online player? yes. an internet pro. very very unlikely, in fact, it's possible to see this come up a couple of times a month, if you expand this to include similar situations then you could see this a couple of times a week. if the raiser is tight, I would much this. if most players play avg/bad, it's playable. that's the answer i use anyways. |

Barron [/ QUOTE ] What's close getting 7.5:1? You could call just hoping to flop a 4 flush to your ace, two pair or trips and probably show a profit here(maybe hyperbole). You are going to love any 9 high flop. I dunno I'd just always call. -James |
