Default Caribbean Hold\'em???

Taking a cruise over the holidays to St. Maarten and St. Thomas. Does anyone know of casinos there that have poker rooms where you can play Holdem? I know, it's a long shot, just thought I'd ask. Thanks.

Don't most of the boats have casinos now? Lord knows that would be the first thing I checked before booking a cruise

There's casinos on all cruise ships but no Holdem. I don't play that table game poker crap. That's why I asked about poker rooms on land.

The only island where i found Holdem was puerto rico ...and only 5-10 game at windham SJ...I've heard of games on Aruba but haven't checked that myself yet.

I just got home from Aruba and the only casino there that got poker was Excelsior. They had 5-10 stud and 10-20 holdem.

Unless you are on a CardPlayer cruise, you will have to get lucky to find a poker game. If you really want to gamble, you could learn to count cards. I hear they are pretty slack about counters on cruise ships.

Thanks to all who replied. I guess no poker on this trip. Somehow I'll survive.
