unable to change desktop picture from hijacked item please help.
Had a virus, one of those who wants you to go to a website to get some antivirus protection.
Anyways, Norton took care of it, but desktop picture is locked, i.e. I can not chose another picture, and for some reason I can not do a system restore either, please help me fix this problem. ToT
