Is PokerStars rigged?

I played this sng tonight and there was this maniac kid that went all-in about 15 or 20 times during the tourney. He didn't get called much but never lost no matter what he had when he did get called.

Anyway I stayed out of his way ended up HU with him and he had me outchipped 10,500 to 3000 but I manage to get the lead.
