Here's a hand a played like a girl, but the field was so big I'm not sure it was that bad. Should I have bet the turn? Even with the possible flush? Any other improvements?

With 2 people left to act behind me and the pot reasonably big, I like the c/r this flop and bet the turn. I don't think your hand is strong enough to just call the flop.

I would have went ahead with the flop checkraise.

I think i bet the turn and fold to a raise.

Why not bet the flop?

raise the flop. better than giving a potential free card in a pot that no one seems too interested in.

yeah, that was my original plan too, but I chickened out after seeing the callers. It seems to be the consensus.

I don't like the thought of offering 7 people 9-1 which will keep increasing

Can you explain your thoughts? Also why this is better than the flop c/r?
