Default Sick hand from yesterday

I know this should go in yesterday's topic, but I read this on another board and it was quite the sickness.

[ QUOTE ]
Hand of the day at my table. Short-stack all-in with AcKc vs AsKs. Flop is TcJcQs, giving both the straight and giving short-stack a royal flush draw. Before the turn comes, I say "Spade!" Its a ten of spades, giving both players Royal Flush draws. River card is the Jack of spades, giving the bigger stack a Royal Flush.

Title: Chip Counts
Log: Tournament Director Johnny Grooms has announced that everytime there is an all in and a call that dealers must get an exact chip count for the all in players in order to determine who gets paid."

I assume they'd use that for each pay level change as well?

Log: Tournament Director Johnny Grooms is reminding the players that music players, cell phones, and similar items are not allowed to be used at the tables. This is a policy that has been in place throughout this year's World Series of Poker.

Default Gus Jr. caused the bubble to burst

[ QUOTE ]
Date / Time: 2005-07-11 14:24:00
Title: Boy on the Bubble
Log: The players are now in the money following the elimination of Karl Ygborn, who was just eliminated in 561st place. All the money was in on the turn, with the board showing 10-9-7-2 and Yborn had A-10. His opponenent, 22 year old Cory Cheresnik, showed J-8, giving him the straight. The river was a King and Ygborn was eliminated out of the money. The elimination was bittersweet however, when Harrah's gave Ygborn a seat in next year's main event for being eliminated on the bubble.

WOW that's uncanny, down to the shirt open halfway down! Dude looks like a knob. For that reason alone, I pray he makes the final table (strictly for entertainment value).
