Problems with Prima Playcheck Exporter?

Hey,

I have had problems to export my data from Prima under this week. I can view the data in the playcheck but when I try to export it, the export window times out. Support is not helpful.

Anyone else have the same problems? Or is my computer messed up? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

This happens regularly, sometimes you can't even enter playcheck. I think the only thing you can do is wait and try again later. That is what I normally do. It is very annoying how frequently it happens though.

I've been having the same problems since Wednesday. I figured I'd just wait it out since it used to work for me, but I finally e-mailed support last night. This morning they asked me to send them a screenshot of the error, so I did that. Hopefully they come back with something helpful. If I figure it out I'll make sure to post it here.

I'm starting to get irritated though. I've got a [censored]-load of hands I need to import into PT.

Yes I know.. I have had similarly problems before.. But i have had this problem for more than 7 days now.. And it's exactly the same each time..

Have you tried to export your data today?

Yes.. I also e-mailed the support and they asked about a screenshot. They said they would send it to the "technical department "..
But this was two days ago.. And I haven't got a reply yet.

Which skin are you connecting from? Crazy Poker is mine.
And your problem is that you get an error message in the Internet Explorer window?

I get the exact same error.

I'm connecting from Golden Tiger Poker.

I read on the PT forum that Prima is putting in a new export system with an update on May 9th (tomorrow). This probably means that the hand history format will change though, and that means it won't work with PT right away.
