Default Hand Analysis please

(excuse my lack of abbreviations, my poker lingo sucks)
I was playing in $10 SnG over @ stars
2 hand of the match.
Im UTG holding AA Raise: 80
4th, 5th, 6th call
SB Raises 300
I Re-raise 600
Folds to SB who calls
Pot: 1170
Flop: 27T rainbow
SB goes All in
I call
SB shows 22
Wins with trips

Now, Pre-flop I really think I was correct in the raising. Maybe I should have raised more?

What should I have been thinking PostFlop after he went all in.

With all the raising pre-flop I figured him for a PP or Two good overs. So I figured it was some type of bully bluff. I see alot of people try that when its early and they go al in figuring the other guy will just fold ,not wanting to risk the tourny.
Anyways Thank you for your time
