Default First Hand of Tourney

I never know how to proceed on hands like these. This is the first hand of the tournament
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (8 handed) converter

Hero (t1500)

BB (t1500)
UTG (t1500)
UTG+1 (t1500)
MP1 (t1500)
MP2 (t1500)
CO (t1500)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
4 folds, CO calls t20, Hero raises to t80, 2 folds, CO calls t60.

Flop: (t190) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets t100, CO calls t100.

Turn: (t390) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets t250, CO folds.

Final Pot: t640

Should I raise that flop? BB was 'Sitting Out' if that makes a difference.

Should I make a continuation bet again that flop? What about on the turn?
