Any suggestions?

[/ QUOTE ]

If you are being truthful about your severe acne, not just a minor splotch here and there, or a few stubborn zits, then there is only one answer: Accutane. Stop the Clinique crap, the antibiotic crap and any other product that might have Jessica Simpson or Vanessa Williams promoting it.

Accutane is so much more effective than everything you listed. Go to your dermatologist next week and have him/her prescribe the nuclear bomb to the Hiroshima that is your face. Yes, the acne will worsen early in the treatment, and yes, you will have dry skin and lips, but your mind will not be any crazier than it is now. Do not believe those rumors or media hype. Take care of the acne now with Accutane and 90% likely you won't have to deal with it again. Good luck.

Apologies for continuing the semi-hijack.

I took acutane for 8 weeks when I was 15. Worked great, although it was bizarre having every pore on your body dry up. When I took it the depression side effects weren't as well documented - I didn't experience any.

The process of losing someone close to you. Whether by break-up, death or whatever.

Watching my friends (generally female) hurt themselves emotionally, come to me for advice, not heed my advice, and make the same mistake and become hurt again. Often repeatedly.

topical sulfur cream, they sell it in the ethnic section, and eat a healthy diet. If it's really that bad eat nothing but fruit and vegetables.

Same (at 19) - would have done it earlier if I could.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned telling the truth but not being believed. Not a commonplace occurence but it kills me whenever it happens.
