SnG tracker not tracking

recently downloaded SnG tracker on my windows XP intending to use it for my 11's on PS and it the "tracking" feature doen't seem to work.. i run it in the taskbar and have it monitor the folder where my HH's are saved, and manually entering the stuff works fine.. wondering if anyone else has had this problem?
or what i could try to do to fix it, since it seems like a really cool program if i could get a few hundred sngs in there.

Its not for Stars. Do it manually.
